***All hair-on hides are subject to a Preparation Fee. Deer, Sheep, Antelope, Calf, Goat and Llama hides have a Prep Fee included in the price. An extra $17.50 Prep Fee will be added onto all Elk, Moose, Buffalo, Cow, Horse and Caribou. Bear will have an extra $8.75 Prep Fee added to the final cost.
Please note that ALL Moose, Buffalo and Cow hides are cut into halves while being processed at our tannery.

Please specify the color that you want your hide dyed. Color options include Acorn, Black, Chocolate, Smoke or Gold. To see samples of these colors, go to our Samples page. Gold color is the most popular color. It is also referred to as "natural" by many.
The total charges are accumulated according to the square footage of the supplied hide. Upon completion, a postcard will be mailed to the address you have provided outlining charges and shipping fee information. Your deposit will be subtracted from the total balance. Payment can be mailed to us or credit cards (Visa or Master Card) are also welcome.

As we have no way of knowing how your trophy was treated before it reached us here at Quil Ceda Leather Co., we cannot accept responsibility for for bruises, holes, or drag marks.All hides are left at the owner's risk. Quil Ceda Leather Co. is not responsible for the loss or damage of hides due to fire, theft, flood or accident while on these premises. Any article left in our posession over 90 of completion maybe be sold by Quil Ceda Leather Co. as compensation for the tanning expenses.
